You walk around Paris long enough and you will see just about everything. I saw illegal immigrants bolting from the Eiffel Tower when the cops showed up, I saw teenagers doing everything but the big ‘S’with their clothes on in the Metro, and numerous bizarre Parisian signs.
So, on my next to last day, roaming around the 7th arrondissment (stones throw from Eiffel), I saw the below. What made the whole scene right out of The Twilight Zone was the lack of police cars, victims, or basically any activity surrounding the crash. The DHL van just sat there smashed into the pole as Parisian life swirled around it.

haha did it still have a load of parcels in the back.
This is a typical scene for Paris. You’ve probably haven’t really had a full day unless you’ve seen a car crash. We saw crashes and cars hitting other cars while parallel parking and many other feats. It was actually humorous, but what is more funny is that life goes on like it never happened; where as in the U.S. the entire world stops
