Whether you are an early riser or are just finishing an all nighter, dawn in Vegas offers the only time in the day when the neon, drinking, and debauchery are at their minimums.

Vegas resembles an overnight snow storm, serene and unspoiled. The casinos are empty of the loud-mouthed smoking drunkards and the streets resemble those of a ghost town. If you can manage to get up and around before 8 am, you have a city for the taking.
